Law School Admissions Test (LSAT)

Law school applicants are required to take the Law School Admission Test (LSAT).

In order to take the LSAT you have to first register with the Law School Admissions Council (LSAC).  The easiest way to register is through their website located at www.lsac.org.  Follow the steps to sign up and create an account.  Write down your account number for future reference.  Follow the steps to add the test date and Cal Northern School of Law test center to your cart.  Upload your photo to your LSAC account.  The current cost of the test is $180.00.  Review your order and check out. Be sure to print out your Admission Ticket.   Please note, Cal Northern applicants are not required to pay the additional $185.00 cost of LSAC’s Credential Assembly Service (CAS).

The next administration of the LSAT is Saturday, December 2nd.  LSAC will email online account holders their score from the December 2nd test date on January 4th.

Call or email Marty Gosling at 530-891-6900 or mgosling@calnorthern.edu if you have any questions.
